We are a locally-owned, "ma and pa" private, upscale real estate investment company providing quality homes and apartments for rent and for sale at reasonable rates in western PA and northeast OH!
Kodiak Properties, LLC was founded locally in 2017 by a Lawrence County native who recognized during her personal search for a place to rent, that inventory was lacking for good, quality places for people to call home. So she left her day job and decided to do something about it! Kodiak has since become the family business it is today and strives to provide extras for its' tenants, doing things we've never heard of being done! We aim to be your housing solution. There are an abundance of renters seeking high-quality places for rent and not enough high-quality rentals to meet the demand. The idea is to run the "slumlords" out of town and make our communities a clean, healthy, and comfortable place to call home.
